Quarter 1 Art Contest 2025/26
Theme:
Exploring the works and life of Georgia O’Keeffe.
Contest Rules:
- Eligibility: The art contest is open to all children in our community within the specified age groups, or children outside of the community who have registered and made a donation of any amount.
- Art Medium: Any traditional medium (pencil, crayon, watercolor, acrylic, etc.).
- Submission: Each entry should include the student’s name, age, grade, and a brief description of their artwork including a paragraph about Georgia O’Keeffe. The name should be on the back of the artwork so it is not visible by the judges.
- Originality: This is art inspired by Georgia O’Keeffe art, but not replicas. All art for the contest should be original and created by the student.
- Theme Adherence: The artwork should reflect the influence or style of Georgia O’Keeffe.
- Submission Deadline: 10/01/2025 at 5pm PST
- Judging Criteria: Creativity, adherence to theme, originality, and effort.
