Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Homeschool Safari Affiliate Program (“Program”). By enrolling, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with all terms set forth below.

2. Enrollment

To join the Program, you must submit an application through our official affiliate registration page. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • Promote Homeschool Safari honestly and ethically.
  • Avoid any false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.
  • Use only approved marketing materials, logos, and links.
  • Refrain from using spam, paid traffic, or deceptive methods to generate clicks or sales.
  • Disclose affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC guidelines.

4. Commissions

  • Affiliates earn 20% commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link.
  • Commissions are recurring as long as the referred customer maintains an active subscription.
  • If a customer pauses or cancels their subscription, recurring commissions stop.
  • Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, refunds, or discounts.

5. Payouts

  • Payouts are issued once per month via [PayPal/Bank Transfer/etc.].
  • Minimum payout threshold: [$19, for example].
  • Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a customer requests a refund or their payment is reversed, corresponding commissions will be deducted from future payouts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not:

  • Represent themselves as Homeschool Safari staff or claim ownership.
  • Use Homeschool Safari trademarks in domain names or paid search ads.
  • Offer rebates, cash-back, or misleading incentives for signups.
  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violating these terms or engaging in behavior harmful to our brand.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions for pending or disputed transactions may be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All Homeschool Safari trademarks, logos, and materials remain the sole property of Homeschool Safari and may only be used under these terms.

10. Relationship of Parties

Participation does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Homeschool Safari.

11. Modification

Homeschool Safari reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

12. Limitation of Liability

Homeschool Safari is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
