1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for unused portions of prepaid services, classes, or subscriptions.
  • “Unused services” are defined as classes, sessions, or subscription time that have not yet occurred or been accessed.
  • Refunds will be calculated based on the amount of time or number of classes completed before the refund request is made.

2. How Refunds Are Calculated

  • For monthly or term-based services, refunds are prorated based on the remaining unused time.
  • For class packages, refunds are calculated by subtracting the number of completed classes from the total purchased, then refunding the difference.
  • Any materials, digital downloads, or resources already delivered are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [insert your support email] with your name, order details, and reason for cancellation.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your request.

4. Exceptions

  • Classes or services canceled less than 24 hours before their scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Promotional offers or discounted bundles may have separate terms.
