Our 50-minute private English Language Arts class gives your child personalized, one-on-one support in reading, writing, grammar, spelling, vocabulary, and comprehension.
These longer sessions are recommended for students in 5th grade and above, or around age 10 and older. Younger students may also participate if they can comfortably engage in a longer lesson. The extended class time allows the teacher to explore skills in greater depth, provide guided practice, and give meaningful feedback.
Sessions may focus on:
- Reading fluency and comprehension
- Vocabulary and context clues
- Grammar and sentence structure
- Paragraph, essay, and creative writing
- Spelling and language conventions
- Literature analysis
- Current assignments or challenging coursework
- Test preparation
After purchasing, you will receive instructions for scheduling your session and sharing any books, assignments, or specific skills your child needs help with.
