Science Camp (Ages 10-13)

Our Online Summer Science Camp for ages 10–13 takes place July 20–July 24, Monday–Friday 10:00-10:50am Pacific time! Students will participate in exciting hands-on science experiments, interactive lessons, and engaging discussions that encourage curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. Campers will explore scientific concepts, make observations, ask questions, and strengthen problem-solving skills while connecting with other students in a fun online learning environment. Perfect for students who love discovering how the world works!

Each day of camp focuses on a different area of science, giving campers a well-rounded introduction to topics like chemistry, physics, biology, and earth science. Sessions combine short lessons with hands-on experiments using simple household materials, so students can try things out for themselves and see scientific concepts in action.

Live online sessions are led by an experienced instructor and include time for questions, group discussion, and sharing observations with other campers. This format helps students build confidence asking questions and explaining their thinking, while still enjoying the social, collaborative feel of an in-person science camp.

What you’ll need: A list of simple household materials for each day’s experiments will be sent ahead of time, so families can gather everything before camp begins. No special equipment or lab setup is required — just a computer or tablet with internet access and a small workspace.
