Our Online Summer Cooking Camp for ages 10–13 takes place July 6–July 10, Monday–Friday from 10:00–10:50am PDT! Students will build real cooking skills while learning kitchen safety, following recipes, measuring ingredients, and preparing delicious dishes through live interactive online classes. Campers will strengthen independence, creativity, and critical thinking while connecting with other students in a fun and supportive environment. Perfect for beginners and students who already love cooking!
Each day focuses on a different cooking skill or recipe, guiding students step by step through kitchen basics like knife skills (with age-appropriate guidance), measuring, mixing, and following a recipe from start to finish. By the end of the week, campers will have made several simple dishes they can recreate at home.
Live online classes are led by an instructor who demonstrates each step while campers cook along in their own kitchen, with time for questions and tips throughout. This format helps build real, practical skills while keeping things fun and social with other young chefs.
What you’ll need: A list of ingredients and basic kitchen tools for each day’s recipes will be sent ahead of time so families can prepare. We recommend having a parent or older sibling nearby to help with anything that requires extra supervision.
This camp is a great fit for students who enjoy being in the kitchen, want to build independence with cooking, or are simply looking for a fun, hands-on way to spend part of their summer. Registration is limited, so sign up early to save a spot.
